  1. How can agents begin receiving assignments through RecoveryIMS?
  2. Clients create an agent's profile in RecoveryIMS.com. After the client assigns a vehicle to an agent, the agent will receive an email containing a link to create a login/password. Then the agent can begin receiving assignments.

  3. What if the profile was created but the agent doesn’t receive the password email?
  4. If an email is not received after an expected assignment, first check the spam email folder. If the email is not there, contact the recovery client or clientsupport@autoims.com or call (888-683-2272).

  5. Who should I contact if I need to reactivate the account?
  6. The client should be contacted:

      - To reactivate an account
      - To change agent email address
      - If there is trouble finding an account
      - To unlock an invoice

  7. Who should I contact if I encounter errors with website functionality?
  8. Contact AutoIMS customer service:

      - In case of error messages rendered on the website
      - If there is difficulty updating data
