Clients create an agent's profile in RecoveryIMS.com. After the client assigns a vehicle to an agent, the agent will receive an email containing a link to create a login/password. Then the agent can begin receiving assignments.
If an email is not received after an expected assignment, first check the spam email folder. If the email is not there, contact the recovery client or firstname.lastname@example.org or call (888-683-2272).
