Edit Report
- If you are the report's owner, choose Edit Report
if you would like to change the Columns or Filters,
or other key aspects of your report.
- On the Edit Report screen, begin by selecting
Columns. Search for the column you would like by entering
at least 3 characters of the column name in the Columns
box.

- Once you've identified a desired column, be sure to hit
the enter key, or click Add to add the Column
to your report.

- Column order can be shifted
up or down (left or right as you look at your actual report)
by highlighting a column and moving it up or down with the
Column Position arrows.

- Hint: Many columns
can be edited, sorted, or averaged within a report. Highlight
any column name followed by (e, s, or a) and click Edit
Column Properties to enable these features.

- Now that you've chosen what Columns should appear
in your report, now it's time to choose which Filters
to apply to your data. Perhaps you would like to only see
vehicles at a certain auction, or vehicles that reached a
certain milestone in a specific date range. You can choose
your Filters in much the same way you chose your Columns.
- Once your Columns and Filters are set, be
sure to hit Save or simply hit Filter & Run
Report to save your work and move on to the next step.
